PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. Please note the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to you.
PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases may be paid for by using a debit or credit card through PayPal, our online secure payment facility Nochex. All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£). Please note that payments used through Nochex will appear on your statement as ‘Nochex’.
DELIVERY INFO
We understand that everyone has different requirements when purchasing online, therefore with this in mind we offer the following services:
Collection (Free) Please contact us to pick up your items from our headquarters in Swansea. Items can be collected between 9am-8pm (this can be later in special circumstances) - Please wait for confirmation from us before coming to collect so we can make sure someone is here.
Express [UK] (£6.00) Get a fast track priority service and receive your order within 48 hours. (Service available between Mon-Fri all orders must be placed by 2pm). Some delays may be experienced over Bank Holidays or at busier times.
Standard Delivery [UK] (£3.95) Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Some delays may be experienced over Bank Holidays or at busier times.
International Delivery (£12.00) Sent by recorded air mail. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. For more information please contact us before ordering.
Orders placed from our 'Featured Designers' may experience slightly different delivery times and costs - However, where possible, usual delivery times will apply. Items that are customised or made to order may take longer to send. We aim to specify any price or time differences such as this in the item description.
REFUND POLICY
We really hope that you will be pleased with your order but we understand that sometimes you will want to send something back. All items can be refunded within 28 days of placing the order. Goods must be returned as new. Please email us at: info@bumbleberrygifts.co.uk before sending back any items.
We regret to inform that all personalised or made to order items are excluded from this refund policy and cannot be refunded unless faulty or a mistake has been made on our part.
RETURNS POLICY
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags / packaging intact. Please return items to: Bumbleberry Gifts Ltd., 10 Larkspur Drive, West Cross, Swansea, SA3 5NT.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery or with a certificate of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Bumbleberry Gifts at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.

DISCOUNT CODES AND OFFERS
From time to time we like to treat our customers by providing them with discount codes and offers. Unless stated otherwise, the discount codes and offerd advertised by Bumbleberry Gifts will only be redeemable against Bumbleberry Homeware and Jewellery, and not on our 'Featured Designers' category. Codes can be used an unlimited time unless there is a fixed usage stated when advertised. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with additional codes or offers, unless stated otherwise.
As of 27/04/2012, discount codes can not be used to purchase Gift Cards.

Your privacy is extremely important to us and we respect the privacy rights of our online customers. Bumbleberry Gifts operates this website and is responsible for the processing of your personal data and is the data controller for all such information. Any personal information you provide to us through this website will be dealt with in accordance with this privacy policy.
At Bumbleberry Gifts we respect your privacy fully, and will NEVER share any of your information with any third parties.
All payments made on our website are processed via Paypal's secure servers or Nochex, and this ensures that we do not have access to any of your personal details such as bank account or credit/debit card information. Please visit www.paypal.com or www.Nochex.com for more information.
Subscribers to our mailing list will receive periodic emails from us about our news, updates, sales and exclusive discounts. We will NEVER pass on any of your details, including your email address, to any third parties.

INFORMATION FOR FEATURED DESIGNERS
Unless a different arrangement has been made, Sellers place their items on our site to be sold through the Bumbleberry website and checkout. Bumbleberry Gifts charges 10% commision based on the final selling price of the item, exclusive of postage and packing. The payment to the seller will be made on a per order basis. Sellers are responsible for packaging and sending the parcel and are expected to meet our delivery times where possible - unless stated otherwise in the item description. Sellers are asked to contact customers themselves where custom orders are concerned. Sellers are asked to supply their own photographs, prices and descriptions. If the seller does not think that they can meet our £3.95 postage prices and this charge can be increased.
